Refund Policy

Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:-

  • If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made.
  • If the product was damaged during delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product.
  • If the product was lost in transit and the delivery remained incomplete.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. We may also require additional information to process your order. You will be notified in case your order or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless asked.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
