Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3pm IST. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the next business day. It usually takes 5-7 days for delivery of your order. Deliveries are usually made between Monday to Saturday.

The above shipping policy is for all orders shipped within India.

Cancellations

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request via email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you will need to mail your product to the address provided by us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
